You can return most unused, unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). We just ask that they're free of stains, smells, and baby food.

Feeding items with formula residue? Keep it – we'll give you a discount on your next order instead.
Accessories with bite marks? That's character – we won't take them back, but we'll help you choose a replacement.
Clothes that have been worn once for a photo? As long as they're clean, return them.
Shoes with scuff marks? If they've been walked in, keep them – we'll still offer a partial store credit.
Toys that have been loved (and drooled on)? If they're still intact and within 30 days, we'll take them. If they look like they've been through a war, just keep them – we'll work with you.

How to return:

Email returns@[yourstore].com with your order number and a reason – even "baby just didn't vibe with it" is valid.

Pack it, slap on the label, drop it off. No ritual required.

Damaged or wrong item?
Our mistake. Send a photo within 7 days. We'll refund or replace fully – plus a little surprise (maybe a free accessory).

Once we receive the return, we process within 5 business days. Your bank might take a few more – they're slower than a baby choosing which toy to grab.
